I know visiting a new salon for the first time can be overwhelming.

Will they answer my questions and explain what I don't understand?

Will it be a fun, relaxing atmosphere or will there be a lot of tension in the salon?

 

I get it and I want to make your transition to my space as smooth as possible.  Whether you're looking for a haircut, grey blending, or a complete color overhaul, I'm committed to achieving your hair goals while keeping your hair as healthy as possible.​

Before Hello

Seeing a new stylist isn't always easy, I get that, so I hope to take away all of the usual stress and confusion by letting you know what to expect when you book with me.

​

After booking your first appointment you will receive an email and text message confirmation directly from my booking site. If I need any extra information, you can expect to hear from me within 48 hours of booking your appointment. 

​

The day before your first appointment, I will reach out through text with a link to my Digital Welcome Packet to answer common questions and give you all the important information you need in order to find the salon and make your first visit with me a success.

The Day of Your Appointment

Welcome to your new salon home! I do things a little differently than you might be used to, for example, when you visit me for the first time, you'll notice that I do not double book appointments. You will always be the sole guest in my chair, ensuring that you are my top priority throughout your visit.

Your appointment will start with a thorough consultation, a crucial step in ensuring that your desired hairstyle, color, or treatment aligns with your expectations and suits your individual preferences We will discuss your likes and dislikes, your current struggles with your hair, your budget, maintenance preference, and possible product recommendations. It's important to me that you feel heard and understood as we navigate through options and strategies to craft your ideal hairstyle.

 

If you're a new color client, please fill out my online digital consultation prior to your first appointment, this allows me to get to know you and your hair goals so that I can ensure your initial appointment is booked properly.

Before our time is over, we'll craft a personalized maintenance plan and get your next appointment booked so you can be on your way to turning heads with your new look.
