Cancelation Policy
I understand that life is hectic and busy, more so now than ever! In order to continue providing the best possible scheduling options to my guests, I require 24 hour notice to cancel your appointment or make any changes to the services scheduled.

To help make this as easy and convenient as possible for you, I send out text confirmations 48 hours prior to your appointment. If you need to reschedule simply reach out to me by text at 989-941-8010 or email at NikkiDaveluyHair@gmail.com and I will be happy to assist you.

Should you need to cancel with less than 24 hours notice, a 50% rebooking fee will need to be paid before a new appointment is scheduled.
I understand that sometimes things come up that are out of our control. Please do not come to the salon if you aren't feeling well.

Re-Do Policy
SERVICES ARE NON- REFUNDABLE.

If you are experiencing challenges with your cut or color, I will be happy to *adjust it for you at no cost as long as you reach out within 7 days of your original appointment. If you visit another salon, you forfeit your complimentary adjustment.
*Adjustments are meant to tweak the initial service performed and cannot be applied if you suddenly decided to change your mind. For example: If you're a blonde and want to be red then decide you don't like it and want to be blonde again.

Zero Tolerance Policy
In an effort to make our time together an enjoyable experience, I ask my clients to please refrain from hate speech of any kind. I have a zero-tolerance policy for non-inclusive conversations, racial slurs, political issues, etc.
